Good price for great sheets
These sheets are smooth and comfortable; however, the fabric is thick and substantial, so if you like your sheets cuddly-soft, maybe you won't care for these. I'm one of those people who can't stand to have wrinkles and folds under my feet, so I've fallen in love with them; the fabric will hold up all week without getting stretched, loose, and tangly. I do wish they had done an extra row of stitching on the elastic of the fitted sheet, but at this price I suppose you can't have everything--and if it becomes necessary, I do have a needle-----somewhere-----I think.

I like the café color very much--it's a rich gold, deeper and not as yellow as the golds of yesteryear. The sheets launder well; if you take them out of the dryer promptly and iron just the top hem (Iron an entire sheet? I don't think so.), the whole set looks smooth and inviting.

So I'm very pleased. Now if I could just get my husband to let me tuck in the sheets at the bottom of his side of...

Different sizes - Different Quality
I ordered a king set and a queen set. The queen sheets are unbelieveably soft, luxurious, and overall wonderful. There is a little satin trim along the top edge of the sheet.

The king sheets DON'T have the satin trim, and they are not nearly as soft. The fabric is a little stiff and kinda heavy.

The two sizes are definitely different products. I wrote Amazon about it and they offered to refund my money. I have already washed the sheets, so I may just wash them some more with more softener and hope for the best. They are still a good value for the cost, but I'm surprised at the total difference in the two sets.
The burgundy color sheets were thick but pliable.
I bought these sheets in a gold box deal for a great price. Last week I bought a 100% Cotton Sateen 600 thread count sheet set from Linens and Things too for the same great price using their 20% discount coupon. In comparing the 2 sets the Linen and Things sheets seem different - they are "Made in China" and while this Renaissance set is "Made in India". These were more pliable than the other sheets which made me wonder about how can the finish be so different. A website for luxury linen company clarified things. "Thread counts aren't the be-all and end-all when it comes to sheets you love to touch. Softness depends more on the quality of the fiber, which is why a 200-thread-count fine cotton sheet can have a softer `hand' or feel than a 400-thread-count sheet that uses an inferior grade of cotton or a twisted thread. Impressed
I was worried about the duvet only being 300 thread count, but it is SOFT! I am really happy with this purchase. I will say that it is slighlty larger than my down alternative comforter, but it isn't a horrible fit by any means. Love the pattern!

Very happy
This matches my old Ralph Lauren comforter that I have had for over ten years. The pillows, etc. I have are still in great condition, and I never thought I would find a matching comforter cover. The material is quite nice, and it is true to size for my king size duvet. This just made my day!

simple, beautiful and very soft
I read several mixed reviews on this product but decided to take a chance since the price was so terrific. I was not disappointed! Extremely soft fabric and it fit my feather comforter perfectly. The subtle white stripes are very modern and give my room an airy, spa-like feel. The duvet cover has a row of buttons at the bottom so it is easy to insert/remove your comforter for washing.

Decent duvet cover at a decent price
I only use sheet-weight duvet covers year round on different weight down duvets seasonally. This cover is perfect for my use. I change out/wash a cover at least once a week, sometimes twice and this one has been just fine through a few washes now. Like that the cover is solid on one side, shadow striped on the other. Chocolate color is gorgeous, I keep several whites around as they are my favorite. Nice feature, the shams work as pillow cases not just as decor because the envelope is right at the end, not in the center so no gaps with pillow showing on either side.
Tip: wash and dry your duvet covers inside out and fold that way. Stick your hands in to the top corners like a puppet and grab the matching corners of the duvet, pull backward and the duvet cover goes over the fill perfectly, corners stay matched. Quick button of the bottom and a fluff as your spread over the bed makes changing the king cover alone a breeze.
Too thin
I bought two of these duvets but don't like them. The package states 'luxurious heavyweight cotton sateen' when in fact the duvet is very thin.The duvet is also way to large for my feather comforter and therefore slides around. It is definately single ply yarn, you can see right through the fabric. I have bought cheeper duvets that where much better.

Love this duvet
This duvet worth every penny spent. It's soft after the first wash--make sure to wash it in cold water as not to fade the color--and it's true to color. The sateen finish definitely makes this appear as if it's a higher thread count. It's a really good buy and I love the ability to change the look of my bedroom in a snap without having to store multiple comforters--one duvet with multiple covers does the trick.

My first duvet cover, and I love it
I had just recently purchased a duvet here on Amazon, and I wanted something cute to cover it with. I ended up buying the Elite Home Bella Collection Reversible 3-Piece Duvet in teal. I was so excited I couldn't wait to receive the package!

It was packaged great and got here on time. When I opened the package I was a little disappointed in the color. My room is more of an aqua color, and judging by the photo shown on Amazon this duvet cover in teal was supposed to be pretty close in color. Not true, the "teal" is a lot more green colored than blue. I still like it and I still use it though (this is the reason for 4 stars and not 5).

I love that the duvet is reversible-it's like getting 2 duvets in one! The duvet cover and the pillowcases are well made, there were no visible threads hanging and no rips or tears. It's a little tricky getting the duvet inside the cover because it only closes on one side (small buttons going all the way up) but I was able to...

So nice and satiny
I waited SO LONG for this product, but I was not disappointed. The print was bold and cute, and the fabric was high quality and a nice dense sateen. If you don't want feathers or down migrating through the duvet cover, you need 300 count and this one delivers. My comforter is a standard size but this duvet cover will definitely fit an oversized one.

Shocking deal!
I took a chance on this as the price was a little too good to be true but I loved the pattern and wow! It is way nicer than I thought it would be, fits perfectly over my comforter and is so cozy, easy to wash, etc. I can't say enough great things about it!

Very comfortable, but a little wrinkly
I received this set in the past week. We washed it and took it out promptly, but it was still quite wrinkled. It does fit our comforter and king-sized pillows fairly tightly, though, so the wrinkles are not such a problem since it stretches out to the size. Also, our comforter mostly stays in place but since there are no specific fasteners inside to keep it from moving, it does get a little skewed inside (so a little more comforter in the middle than on the edges). But overall, it does stay in place; certainly more than previous duvet covers we have owned. It also is a very crisp white. I like the brighter, cleaner-looking color, but it is a fairly bright white sateen. Overall, I think it's a very comfortable comforter and we are really enjoying it. But there are a few adjustments I would make before giving it 5-stars.

Very satisfied with this purchase, fits my new Pike Street comforter wonderfully and it adds an extra layer of warmth.
Color a bit off, but overall, very pretty
I ordered the Stone color and it is pretty close to Gold, but that might be a combo of the light and the material too. Overall, it is easy to "stuff" and also really nice fabric. I wish it had the strings inside the corners of the duvet to keep our down comforter in place a bit better, but it was a great purchase overall!

Crisp and soft, beautiful color.
I promptly put the duvet cover on my duvet, and although a little roomy, it fit just fine. The fabric is crisp but soft to the touch, and the color is even better than expected. Really a bright light blue mottle with a solid blue on the other side. Very pleased with quality.

these are great..a little thin but really soft and the color is very bright. the qualit is really good and they are nicely oversized in that they can overhang just a bit. the shams are nice looking and it is great to have them included in with the duvet. Too small.
This duvet set is beautiful. However, I wish I had realized a three things before purchasing it.

1. The dimensions on the king sized cover are smaller than most down and down alternative comforters. I had to jam mine in and it looks a little funny on one side.

2. There is no bed skirt included. A plain white bed skirt will run an additional thirty bucks or so.

3. It is nearly impossible to find matching blue sheets for this set.

Two other complaints I have, which are more quality issues than anything:

1. The fabric on one side has a few imperfections where the machine didn't weave the fabric correctly. Flipping the cover over solved the problem, as the other side is fine.

2. Upon opening the packing, I noticed a brown stain on the bottom of the duvet cover. It doesn't look like something I will be able to get out on my own.

Seriously contemplating returning this set, which is a shame because it is lovely and...

Looking at the picture that they have, it makes it look like a fluffy top cover for the bed. All that it is, is a glorified sheet with buttons. I would not recommend this to any one that wants to use it as a top cover.

Great for spring and summer months!
I wanted some lighter colors for the spring and summer months and this duvet cover was perfect! The material is light and soft. I had a lighter weight goose down and wanted a cover that wouldn't be so heavy during the warmer months. Our furniture is dark brown so I ordered the blue and and tan set and the colors popped in our bedroom. I absolutely love it and for the price it's a steal for a King size bed! I'm ordering the other colors now.

Very VERY inaccurate colour representation!
I ordered this based on the product description and photo. Material was MUCH thinner than I had thought, and there was nothing at ALL 'spicy' about the 'spice' version of this- it was more like a washed out bandaid colour with a few wishy-washy greens and yellows thrown in! I was very happy with my recent purchase, so much better in person than online picture. The quality was very good and the color is probably more aqua than blue. I was so thrilled when I received my duvet, I actually love it. Perfect for summer bedding and goes great with my new sea/beachy theme. For the price you can not go wrong. Very good quality for this price point and nicer than anything I had looked for at my local bed and bath stores. I think it has a "Pottery Barn" feel as well, which is always a good thing in my opinion.

Great Price and Quality

bleeding blue!
I purchased this a while ago, and upon opening it i fell in love with the design and color (blue)
Its a beautiful fabric but the color STAINS. I had cream white bed sheets and i placed this duvet on top, by the second day i started noticing some stains. A week later during a long night studying (im a university student) i fell asleep on top of the duvet and it completely stained MY SKIN! i woke up looking like a person with some weird blue skin disorder.
I literately had blue patches on my skin. It came off of my skin in the shower, so i decided to wash the set. 3 washed later and its still a problem, more so now then before.
I replaced the duvet set with the one i previously owned and used that for a week, falling asleep on it and nothing came off on my skin.(meaning it was the blue dye used in this new set)
Its a little funny to see my white cat turn a little blue, but i brought her to the kitty salon where they washed and groomed it off of her asap!
