I ordered the twin indigo/ blue duvet cover for my son who is going to college. I had previously ordered him a tommy hillfiger duvet cover that he didn't like since he felt it was too heavy and not very soft, even after I washed it several times.
This one he loves. He said it was like sleeping under a pile of puppies. It is very lightweight and soft.
The indigo / blue color is the color of a dark pair of blue jeans. the buttons are brown and i believe they are the coconut tie closures mentioned in the description as for the ivory color only.
I have only washed them once so far and they did wash up well. I am hoping they can hold up under what will probably be rough treatment.
My only wish was that there was some sort of button or tie on the inside corners to attach to his duvet. But since he is so happy with it, I will sew them in for him as I have done on others that didn't come with ties

Wouldn't buy it again (jersey with buttons)
Everything the other reviews say is correct -- this is a beautifully blue cotton-jersey duvet cover (we have the king version), and we have owned and used it for about a year.
The reason I would not, however, recommend it to anybody: the button closures stop working w/in a few weeks. This is not surprising: jersey tends to gape a bit. In fact, when I selected this duvet cover, I had checked that it came with ties, not with buttons (the product description has been updated since). I was too laid-back to send it back when I unpacked it and noticed the buttons; I just hoped for the best.
A few weeks later, the button closures would not stay closed. The jersey button holes gape in circular fashion (see photo), and the buttons slip out almost as soon as you slip them in.
We still use the duvet cover, it's nice and soft. But it now features 1/16in narrow ribbon ties in a variety of colors (sorry, that's what we had handy in our box!) where the button...
Just what I wanted
While the price is a little on the high side, the duvet cover is just what I wanted. It is light, soft, and feels great to slip under at the end of the day. The quality is very good since it has held up quite nicely to several washes so far. It hasn't shrunk, faded, and the buttons are still intact. I will order the sheets and shams in the future. Happy with the purchase.
