The 7 pc. damask stripe queen duvet, shams, sheets and cases set arrived in good time. While the colour is not quite what it had appeared to be online, it is nevertheless quite a good colour. The cotton fabric with high thread count and sateen finishing meant that the sheets etc were soft and smooth and wrinkle-free even after washing. The set seems moderately expensive, but any extra cost will probably be negligible in view of expected longevity of use. Some way of fastening the duvet inner to the inside of the duvet cover would be very useful, however.
