I absolutely love it. It really does keep you cool in warmer conditions and warm in the cold. It is a bit pricey but I think that it is worth it. I must say that I did not pay full price as I had some promotional points that I redeemed. But don't't let that scare you because I am more economical than most. I do not know if I would pay full price but am glad that I purchased this bedding set. It also comes with an insert. I have only had it a few months but I noticed one or two stray threads but I took care of them immediately and have not noticed anymore.
