simple, beautiful and very soft
I read several mixed reviews on this product but decided to take a chance since the price was so terrific. I was not disappointed! Extremely soft fabric and it fit my feather comforter perfectly. The subtle white stripes are very modern and give my room an airy, spa-like feel. The duvet cover has a row of buttons at the bottom so it is easy to insert/remove your comforter for washing.

Decent duvet cover at a decent price
I only use sheet-weight duvet covers year round on different weight down duvets seasonally. This cover is perfect for my use. I change out/wash a cover at least once a week, sometimes twice and this one has been just fine through a few washes now. Like that the cover is solid on one side, shadow striped on the other. Chocolate color is gorgeous, I keep several whites around as they are my favorite. Nice feature, the shams work as pillow cases not just as decor because the envelope is right at the end, not in the center so no gaps with pillow showing on either side.
Tip: wash and dry your duvet covers inside out and fold that way. Stick your hands in to the top corners like a puppet and grab the matching corners of the duvet, pull backward and the duvet cover goes over the fill perfectly, corners stay matched. Quick button of the bottom and a fluff as your spread over the bed makes changing the king cover alone a breeze.
Too thin
I bought two of these duvets but don't like them. The package states 'luxurious heavyweight cotton sateen' when in fact the duvet is very thin.The duvet is also way to large for my feather comforter and therefore slides around. It is definately single ply yarn, you can see right through the fabric. I have bought cheeper duvets that where much better.
